Winter: Elite Positional + Speed Training

2023 - 2024 Dates:

• Tuesdays: 30 Minutes of Speed Training + 60 Minutes of Positional Work at Elon Park

  • 2025 - 2028: APPLICATION ONLY - $250 if invited

    • 12/6, 12/13, 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, and 1/24

    • 7:00pm - 8:30pm (Speed Training 7pm to 7:30pm, Positional 7:30pm to 8:30pm)

  • 2029 - 2032: $250 (For Intermediate & Advanced Players only)

    • 12/6, 12/13, 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, and 1/24

    • 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Positional 6:30pm to 7:30pm, Speed Training 7:30pm - 8:00pm)

Registration Deadline:

• Registration Closes on December 1st, 2023

Required Equipment:

• Players will need full equipment including mouth piece, cup, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves and helmet.

Additional Information:

• Due to the anticipated number of students wishing to participate, registration forms will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that schedule and field location subject to change due to availability and final registrations. Also, while we will make every attempt to reschedule practices and games that are canceled due to inclement weather, we can not guarantee that canceled practices or games will be rescheduled.
