Position Playing Policy
1st-4th Grade:
Players will rotate through all positions in practices and games (midfield, defense, attack, face-offs, and goalie). In games, all players from both teams will rotate positions every 4 minutes.
This ensures proper development and prevents early specialization, which can hinder growth and understanding of the game.
5th-8th Grade: There will be no rotation rules in playing positions but players will be encouraged to try different positions.

1st/2nd Grade: 7v7 on small goals for fast-paced development.
