The Queen City College Showcase powered by the CLA is an individual showcase held at the beautiful Matthews Sportsplex facility here in Charlotte, North Carolina for Boys in the classes of 2025, 2026 and 2027.

This jam-packed, one day showcase will give athletes a unique opportunity to benefit from intimate, high-level coaching from college coaches as well as the opportunity to compete in front of them and maximize their recruitment.

Each team will be coached by current college coaches. Invitations to recruit at this event will be sent to every DI, DII and DIII program in the country in addition to NAIA, MCLA and JUCO programs.

This showcase will be open to uncommitted 2025s and 2026s who are serious about being recruited to compete at the next level. It is also open to talented 2027s who are looking to compete against some of the region’s best and get an early opportunity to work with and play for college coaches.

Format: All players will be placed on a team by our staff and compete in full field games. Games will be 12 minute quarters with a 2 minute halftime.

Mock Itinerary:

  • Check-In begins at 8am

  • 8:45am - Warm-Ups for Goalies and Face-Off Begins

  • 9:00am - 9:15am:

    • Warm-Ups for Attack. Midfield and Defense

    • Recruiting Talk for Parents led by College Coaches

  • 9:30am - Team Practices

  • 10:00am - Game 1: Team Red vs Team Blue and Team White vs Team Gold

  • 11:00am - Game 2: Team Red vs Team White and Team Blue vs Team Gold

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm:

    • Lunch Break & Recruiting Talk for Players led by College Coaches

    • Coaches Submit All-Star Nominations (Voted on By College Coaches)

  • 1:00pm - Game 3: Team Red vs Team Gold and Team Blue vs Team White

  • 2:00pm - All-Star Game (Top 36 Voted by the College Coaches)
